Referring a Child for ABA Services
Behaviors Are Us ABA Services, PLLC welcomes referrals from healthcare providers, schools, community organizations, and families seeking Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.
Our goal is to make the referral process straightforward and efficient while helping families access appropriate behavioral services and supports.
Referral Information
Expedite the Process
When available, the following information may help expedite the intake process:
Child's name and date of birth
Parent or guardian contact information
Relevant diagnostic or evaluation reports
Referring provider contact information
Insurance information
A referral may still be submitted if some information is unavailable.
Referral Process
1. Referral Received
Our office receives and reviews referral information.
2. Family Contact
We contact the family to discuss concerns, answer questions, and determine next steps.
3. Insurance & Eligibility Review
Funding options and eligibility requirements are reviewed when applicable.
4. Assessment Scheduling
If appropriate, an assessment is scheduled with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®).
We are currently completing provider enrollment, credentialing, and contracting with AHCCCS and selected commercial health plans.
Because participation status may change as approvals are received, referral sources are encouraged to contact our office for the most current information regarding funding options and service availability.
Current Insurance Participation Status
We value collaboration with physicians, schools, therapists, and other professionals involved in a child's care. When authorized by the family, we work with members of the child's support team to promote coordinated care and continuity of services.
