Meet the Founder
Brian Boring, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA
Founder & CEO
Brian Boring is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Arizona with a passion for serving children and families throughout his community.
Before entering the field of behavior analysis, Brian proudly served in the United States Military from 1998 to 2001 as a Combat Medic, completing deployments in Afghanistan and Iraq. Following his military service, he was honorably discharged in 2002 and continued his healthcare career as a Medical Assistant in an Orthopedic Clinic.
Driven by a desire to help others and make a meaningful impact, Brian earned his Bachelor's Degree in Biology and later completed his Master's Degree in Education through the University of Cincinnati [placeholder]. He subsequently became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) and dedicated his career to helping children develop meaningful skills, improve independence, and enhance their quality of life through compassionate, evidence-based ABA services.
Owning and operating a family-centered business has always been one of Brian's lifelong goals. Today, that vision has become a reality through Behaviors Are Us ABA Services, PLLC, a practice built on integrity, service, and a commitment to supporting families throughout Arizona's East Valley.
Brian is a husband and proud father of four children. As a family-owned business, his wife and adult son help support the administrative operations of the practice, allowing the team to provide a personalized and responsive experience for the families they serve.
Brian's diverse background in military service, healthcare, education, and behavior analysis provides a unique perspective that shapes the practice's commitment to professionalism, compassion, and excellence in care.
Meet the Team
Cindy Boring
Family Support Coordinator & Practice Manager
Cindy helps oversee the administrative and operational side of the practice, including scheduling, intake coordination, family communication, and day-to-day support for the families we serve throughout Arizona’s East Valley communities.
She graduated from Keiser University in 2001 with her Medical Assistant degree and later earned her Occupational Therapy Assistant degree in 2018. Cindy is also a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensed in Arizona and brings many years of healthcare experience and a family-centered perspective to the practice’s administrative operations.
Jordan Boring
Financial Operations & Systems Administrator
Jordan Boring supports the financial, administrative, and systems operations of the practice. His role includes assisting with billing workflows, financial organization, operational systems management, and technology support to help ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the business.
He is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, and brings a strong interest in developing efficient systems that support both staff and the families we serve.
As part of a family-operated ABA practice, Jordan plays a key role in helping maintain organized, reliable operations so the clinical team can remain focused on client care and treatment outcomes.
