Registered Behavior Technicians® (RBTs®)
We are interested in connecting with Registered Behavior Technicians® (RBTs®) who are passionate about working with children and families.
Responsibilities may include:
Providing direct one-on-one ABA services
Implementing individualized treatment programs
Collecting and recording session data
Communicating professionally with caregivers and supervisors
Participating in ongoing training and supervision
Maintaining documentation in accordance with company and payer requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates may possess:
Current RBT® Certification (Willing to train)
Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation
Ability to work independently within home and community settings
Commitment to ethical and professional conduct
Employment Requirements
Depending on the position and applicable regulations, candidates may be required to provide:
Current RBT® Certification (if applicable)
Valid Driver's License
Reliable Transportation
Current CPR/First Aid Certification
Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
Ability to pass applicable background screening requirements
Additional requirements may apply based on position and payer guidelines
Service Area
Our services are primarily provided in home and community settings in Coolidge, Florence, San Tan Valley, and Queen Creek and surrounding areas when the need arises.
Applicants should be willing to travel within assigned service areas as needed.
